Berbakti Pada IBUBAPA

"Ya Allah,
kau jodohkanlah aku dgn suami yg kediaman kedua ibubapanya berhampiran dgn kediaman kedua ibubapaku. Agar aku & suamiku dpt berbakti kepada mereka setelah mereka uzur / sepanjang hidup mereka. Amin"

Bacalah wahai Bakal Suamiku:

Usah berasa rendah andai mereka dikota, tapi kita hanya didesa. Andai mereka berjawatan tinggi, tapi kita hanya petani.
Apa yg menandingi wang wahai bakal suamiku? Sesungguhnya, tiada harta yg mampu menandingi kasih sayang. Ckuplah dgn kasih sayang.

Sejak kecil lagi, saya bercita-cita nk belajar luar negara. Menuntut ilmu. Jadi orang yg berjaya.
Nauzubillah.
Maka berbaktilah kepada kedua2nya sekali.

Si dia pernah berbincang soal ni. Katanya, dia seorang anak lelaki sulung. Makanya, dia sgt bertanggungjwb kpd ibubapanya, serta kpd adik-adiknya. Dia awal-awal lagi pernah pesan pada saya. "Nanti bila dh kahwin, awk kena faham tanggungjwb saya sbagai anak sulung. Sulung lelaki tau. Saya akan jaga umi & abah bila mereka dh tua. Awk sanggup tak?"
MasyaAllah awak. :)
Saya bersyukur. Tak pernah saya jumpa seorang lelaki yg betul2 fikirkan tanggungjwb dia & masa dpn dia sebagai anak lelaki. Hingga nk pilih saya jd isteri pun dia akan pastikan yg saya akan sanggup jaga umi & abahnya bila tua.
Bukan anak sulung aje yg bertanggungjwb jaga ibubapa dia ye, tapi semua anak2 bertanggungjwb.
Tapi, atas anak2 la yg mana yg sanggup hidup dikampung, tinggal kerjaya demi menjaga ibubapa mereka.
Boleh dihitung berapa kerat saja yg sanggup.

Of course la awak.!
Saya pernah dengar. Bila kita mengahwini seseorang, bukan kita mengahwini dia seorang, tapi seluruh ahli keluarganya. Jadi, kalau dah kahwin, tak ada maknanya nak lupa keluarga.

Saya pun harap kita berdua boleh jadi anak yg berbakti kpd ibubapa kita.
Saya pun nak jaga ibu & ayah. Nak juga jaga umi & abah awk.
Kita cari rumah yg diantara rumah mereka ok? Yg dekat aje ok? Takpayahlah jauh2 dikota. :)
Nanti senang kita nak jenguk & jaga orang tua kita.!
InsyaAllah.

"Ya Allah, panjangkanlah umur kami, agar kami dapat berbakti kepada kedua ibubapa kami, selagi mereka masih ada. Berilah kami peluang utk berbakti kpd mereka, sebagaimana mereka telah melahirkan, menjaga, mendidik & mengasihi kami ketika kami masih kecil. Amin."

Andai saya lupa, ingatkan saya.
Andai saya lupa, ingatkan saya.
Bahawa pahala berbakti kpd mereka itu sama seperti pahala berjihad.
Andai saya lupa, ingatkan saya.
Bahawa pahala berbakti kpd mereka menandingi pahala mengerjakan umrah.
Andai saya lupa, ingatkan saya.
Sementara mereka masih ada.

Incomplete Dominance

I remember learning genetic laws of Gregor Mandel last semester.
It's about Incomplete Dominance in Neo Mandelian Genetics.

I remember Incomplete Dominance in the form of an example like so:
RED Flower x WHITE Flower ---> PINKFlower
It's like mixing paints, red + white will make pink.  Red doesn't totally block (dominate) the pink, instead there is incomplete dominance, and we end up with something in-between.
Fair skin of Mother x Dark skin of Father = In between colour of my skin.
With incomplete dominance, a cross between organisms with two different phenotypes produces offspring with a third phenotype that is a blending of the parental traits.

Now I've applied Incomplete Dominance to my own skin colour.
Haha. Well, I love learning genetics.
Actually Incomplete dominance is applied on flowers color or animal's fur.
Skin color isn't a incomplete dominance.
I just make fun of it so that I can remember it easily.  hehe.
So, you can try to apply anything that you've learned in your daily life. It helps you to remember.
Trust me! I works :)

My Super Daddy

The youngest child
Being the youngest to the family would probably make people think "Anak bongsu mesti MANJA"
Wait a second. No I'm not really that manja actually.
Being the youngest make me the toughest.
I don't really get a chance to get closer with parents as they were very busy while I have maid and sisters to keep their eyes on me.
But I never blame them. They were struggling, for a better life of us. Thanks mom & dad.
But then, we still had such a great moment together. Picnics and holidays traveling.
As I grew up older, the fun seems to fade. I have a lot of responsibilities.
You know why I said youngest is the toughest? Because, every hope that my parents put on my siblings that never come true, is finally on me. I'm the last chance of them.
What do you imagine? You are your parents last hope, their last chance.
It's very tough and stressful.
To be the best child of my mom & dad, so that they can proud of me.
I wanna be the best for you DAD.
I wanna show you that I can be like you.
I know I've frustrated you so much along my journey.
It's such a long journey dad. I know you want me to be a DOCTOR. But I can't.
I'm too afraid of bloody conditions especially the screaming & wailing victims of emergency site.
I really hate to see people in pain. It's just gonna make me faint!

VETERINARIAN. The next thing you wished me to be.
I love animals. And I really wanted to be a vet. But the thing is....
I couldn't make it for you. I've failed it again dad. I am very sorry.
I know you're upset.

Do you still remember dad? The first thing that I made you proud of me?
When I was chosen to be the Best Athlete in primary school?
I won 4 gold medals on the sports day.

Then, when I got straight A's in PMR?
Then the Dean List for 3 semesters for my foundation studies?

Dad, I know you never stop supporting me.
When the bad news hit us, that I couldn't  be in a Vet studies.
You phoned everywhere, helped me to appeal the form.
I don't wanna remember this again. It makes me cry.
You've tried so hard DAD. You showed me the BIGGEST SACRIFICES dad.
But still, I'm not a doctor, not even a vet.

Dad, you never tell me what to do, not even telling me a direct advice so that I could understand you.
But you show me with your sacrifices.
You never tell me how to be Brave and Confident.
But you show me, by letting me survive by myself, leaving me alone so that I can learn how to be bolder.
You never tell me how to be someone that people can respect.
But you let me see your best attitudes, when people are talking about you, they put a very huge respects on you. Only god knows how proud I am to be your daughter.
I am so proud of you dad.
Dad, I wanna show you something.
Something that is worth with your sacrifices.
I wanna show you, that one day you can be proud of me dad.
The way I'm proud of you.
I will never stop.
No matter how many times I failed it, someday I'll prove it to you.
To be a person which people can respect, that people were adored and a person that people REMEMBER my best and my goods.
You are my superhero dad.
You are the wind beneath my wings, so that I could fly higher than the Eagle.

Thanks dad for everything. I love you.

Braces Smile :D

Sue Kz with braces.
Actually, I miss my smile with braces. I think it's cool to have it.
It makes my smile differ from others.

Braces :)
Some might see girls with braces are sexy enough.
Haha. He used to say that too.

Braces. A thing that makes me different and attractive to most kids.
But I'm feeling cool with that!
Now brace free, they used to call me the COLGATE model.
Hahaha. Whatever it is, I still miss my braces.

"Tiada Ilmu yg Sia-sia"

How do you manage your knowledge?
This evening, I was talking to my cousin.
We were talking about "Future".
To be in a new university just make me worried, how can I survive if my university is not recognized?
Can I further my studies? Or to be in any companies?

My cousin just smiled and calmly said,
"Just go on and study. Dapatkan ilmu sebanyak yang boleh selagi kita masih bernyawa. Kerana tiada ilmu yg sia-sia. Setiap ilmu itu berguna. Cuma terpulang kepada individu itu utk mengamalkan ilmu-ilmu yg diperolehi itu dgn cara yg bagaimana. Adakah ilmu itu diamalkan utk kebaikan atau kemusnahan."

"Jangan risau universiti kita mcm mana. Selagi kita berilmu, mana-mana pun boleh survive. Atas usaha kita pula mcm mana nk manage masa depan kita. Satu lagi, selepas berusaha, jgn lupa tawakkal dan berdoa. Jgn mudah bersedih atas ujian yg diberi. Allah dh bg yg terbaik utk kita. Gagal atau berjaya itu smua pilihan Allah. Orang yang berjaya ialah orang yg takpernah berhenti bangkit dari kejatuhannya."

Sentiasalah yakin bahawa apa pun terjadi itu semua pilihan Allah swt.
Yang penting, sentiasa berusaha dan tawakkal.
Bangkit setiap kali jatuh. :)

Teruskan usaha anda walau dimana anda berada!

Hmm. I really wish it will become a REALITY one day.
I wanna be on TV.
National Geographic Channel. Discovery Channel. Animal Planet Channel.
Let the whole world see me and the wildlife.

Simple Reminder : Malaysians R.O.A.D

If you're driving, please be a responsible driver.
Always, and always think about others! Don't be such a SELFISH creature. :)
I'm not sure whether it happens in other country, but in MALAYSIA, yes it does!!
It usually happens at the parking lot, zebra crossing or anywhere of the road.
Yea, people much careless about others right.
Oh please Malaysians. Don't embarrass own country.

1. Parking Lot.
Oh dear please don't be greedy.
Double parking lot gives you nothing instead of people cursing on you.
Well I don't understand why people used to park their cars improperly. =.=''
How did you get your driving license?  Didn't you know how to park? Or are you having a real bad eyes problem? Or perhaps the government need to provide a wider parking lot for the obese.
You just caused trouble to the others.
Please "Majulah Rakyat Demi Negara"
2. Zebra Crossing (without "stop" and "go" lights)
Well, we can find this zebra crossing usually in front of the hospitals or anywhere with narrow street.
Busy streets. Bullet-train cars. People usually have to wait for a year to get crossed.
What happen to the drivers? Why so in hurry?
Please, stop your car and let them cross. Why so selfish?
If you are about to cross the Zebra Crossing, just imagine if you have to wait under the hot sunshine  and to many cars without a single gap between the cars. How definitely you feel? Dying rite?
So, treat others the way you want them to treat you.

Be a responsible driver.
And I'm sorry for my BAD DRAWINGS. Haha!

It's not THE END.

Always remember there's always a reason for anything that happened.
Bad exam results? Rejected from something?
It depends on you, to accept and learn it, or to cry it a river.

Never feel down for your failure.
NEVER FEAR OF FAILURE!
It gives you a lesson to learn.
Mistakes & Failure is the best teacher.
It's just, you have to try it harder next time.
Never fear to set up a new goal.
Reset your dream and go for it. Because your dream won't come over you.

Remember:
If you failed once, it doesn't mean you will failed forever.
Most successful people, is the one who faced the failure most.

 Bersyukur dan bersabarlah wahai hati.
Bersyukur kerana masih diberi hari ini utk berusaha.
Bersabarlah dengan segala ujian yg diberi.
Allah sentiasa bersama hati yg bersabar dan berDOA.

Forgive & Forget :)

Learn to forgive others just the way you want others to forgive your mistakes.
 Everyone make mistakes. Nobody's perfect.
Trust me, whenever you forgive people, you are on your way to free yourself from the unfixed anger.
Heal your anger with FORGIVENESS.

You can decide either one:

Well, it's hard to forgive people. Only if you return yourself to Allah, you will realize, you are nobody to hate and not to forgive people.
It's fine if they never apologize, just forgive before they apologize.
No matter how bad they've done. No matter how rude they've talked.

Protect and heal your heart with forgiveness.
